We are looking for an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team at VIQU Limited in Liverpool. This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a dynamic Service Desk, providing top-notch technical support to clients. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting Windows-based issues, leveraging your expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, MS Teams, and Telephony support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
