Behaviour Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Lancashire County Council. The successful candidate will provide behaviour management specific support to schools across the LA, working as a member of a team to develop behaviour support in our primary schools through a trauma informed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a strategic lead in the professional development of teaching professionals in the area of behaviour management in schools
  • Work as a member of a team providing behaviour management specific support to schools across the LA

Requirements:

  • Passion for developing behaviour support in primary schools through a trauma informed approach
  • Ability to take a strategic lead in the professional development of teaching professionals
  • Ability to work as a member of a team providing behaviour management specific support to schools
