Classroom Support Staff Wanted for Primary Schools

If you are a qualified teaching assistant looking to take the next step in your teaching career, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a variety of primary schools across Preston, with opportunities available in both KS1 and KS2.
This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills, experience a variety of teaching environments, and gain exposure to different curriculums and schemes. Supply work has a proven track record of skill enhancement, often leading to long-term or permanent roles.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including DBS support, consultant assistance, and access to online training and CPD opportunities.
About the Role:

- Access to online training and CPD opportunities, including Safeguarding Level 1 & 2.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle challenging behaviour confidently.
- TA qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- The ability to engage, motivate, and support children individually or in small groups.
- A positive attitude and effective communication skills.
