This pivotal role involves developing and implementing ESG strategies, process setup, and reporting to enhance the organization's culture and reputation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders, investors, and various departments to create a comprehensive ESG approach.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute ESG plans across global entities, focusing on key performance indicators.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to promote ESG awareness among stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports to track progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Develop geographic-specific sustainability reports, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish procedures for ESG accreditation and certification, boosting the company's image.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ESG laws and best practices, ensuring adherence.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and extraction techniques using specialized tools.
  • Effective communication and partnership skills, enabling collaboration with businesses.
  • Proven experience in establishing ESG processes and reporting, leading to business expansion.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments, responding to evolving demands.

Expected remuneration: £75,000 - £80,000 per year, accompanied by attractive benefits including bonus. This position requires occasional on-site presence in Oxfordshire. The salary estimate is based on industry benchmarks, considering location and job specifications.
