Job Title: Senior Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management across all elements of the service, including pre-assessment, day surgery, urgent eye, outpatients, and ongoing care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative, clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to ensure the provision of high-quality, responsive services with the needs of the patient at the center of care delivery.
  • Be accountable for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of quality within the service.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a professional, safe, and efficient service to patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Current and relevant NMC registration.
  • First-level registered nurse.
  • Teaching and assessing qualification.
  • Degree in a health-related subject.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Management training.
