Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior nurse to join our team as a clinical leader in ophthalmology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, operational management, and strategic direction to the ophthalmology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the ophthalmology team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of ophthalmology services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Current and relevant NMC registration
  • First-level registered nurse
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Degree in health-related subject
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Management training
