Home-Based Family Support Specialist

Are you passionate about building relationships and supporting children and their families to live within the community and thrive?
\We are seeking a Home-Based Family Support Specialist to join our Enhanced Family Help team in Norfolk County Council. This role will involve working with children, young people, and families in their homes and communities, providing targeted support to promote safety and well-being.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment providing services for children and their families, a good knowledge of child development from birth to age 19, and factors of Neglect. They will also be confident delivering interventions one-to-one at home and/or in the community or in a group basis.
\This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outside of normal office hours to deliver support to children and families as needed. Travel will be involved as part of the role, and the ability to transport children and babies in your own vehicle may be required.
\We offer a competitive salary of £25,584 - £27,269 per annum (Grade E), generous holiday entitlement, health and wellbeing services, and flexible working opportunities.
