About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Improvement Lead to join our FA Education team. The successful applicant will have excellent understanding of the principles of adult learning and evidence-based knowledge of good quality teaching, learning, and assessment.

This role is responsible for collaborating with course leaders to improve the quality of provision within their areas and ensuring statutory quality and regulatory demands are applied and followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with course leaders to evaluate, monitor, and improve the quality of provision within their areas.
  • Work with colleagues to support the training and onboarding of assessors to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and standards.
  • Ensure statutory quality and regulatory demands are applied and followed.
  • Provide insight and guidance on assessment requirements from a quality perspective.
  • Develop and maintain useful guidance for training providers and learners.
  • Minimise complaints and appeals by adhering to quality processes.
  • Analyse assessment data from a quality perspective and report regularly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Evidence-based knowledge of good quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Good knowledge of internal quality processes and data systems.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
