**Job Title:** Learning Experience Specialist

**Job Type:** Fixed-term, up to 1 year

**Work Schedule:** Term time, 38 weeks per year

**Hours of Work:** Full-time, 37 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Experience Specialist to join our team at Burton and South Derbyshire College. In this exciting role, you will work closely with curriculum and support teams to create a positive and engaging learning experience for our students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. You will also possess a deep understanding of the education sector and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in developing high-quality lesson plans, providing guidance on classroom management, and contributing to the development of teaching resources. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance student outcomes.

**Salary:** £30,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
