- Data Analysis: Serve as the expert on user growth, analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Growth Campaigns: Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Referral Programs: Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to the platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey and enhance user experience.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.

Salary: £500,000.00-£800,000.00 per year
