Job Summary

Colliers is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marcomms team, you will work closely with the Head of Client Engagement to develop and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse client data to identify key targets for growth and develop tailored business development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide insights to senior management.
  • Drive adoption of CRM best practices and processes across the organisation through training and change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a focus on real estate applications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or MS Dynamics across a multi-service line business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex real estate processes and recommend tailored solutions.
