Unlock Your Potential as a Client Relationship Manager

Fitch Learning is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe, growing these through developing strong relationships with client contacts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships through strategic analysis, relationship building, and internal referrals
  • Understand client markets, products, and operating environments to design learning and development solutions that add value
  • Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence and leverage internal resources to write and develop best-in-class proposals
  • Manage data and information closely and accurately using our Salesforce system
  • Produce regular revenue forecasts and justify and explain these clearly
  • Hand projects over to the operational team to deliver and manage, while retaining escalation and commercial oversight

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales/relationship management, ideally within the financial services education sector
  • Proven track record in developing new business with major Financial Institutions
  • Demonstrate a history of working to and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to understand client strategy to build a business and action plan
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
