Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team in Totton. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of mortgage products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
