The firm's Court of Protection Team supports litigation lawyers throughout the conduct of the claim.

About Lipson Lloyd-Jones

A solicitor 6+ years post qualification experience (PQE) with expertise in court protection is sought to join our esteemed team as Senior Court Protection Specialist.

Your primary role will be to provide day-to-day general management of clients' affairs and act as the primary point of contact for them.

In this capacity, you will work on both deputyships and personal injury trusts, ensuring compliance with the OPG Deputyship Standards in all general management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients' financial affairs, including budgeting and tax planning
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and rehabilitation
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating clients' files regularly
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years PQE in Court of Protection or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with OPG Deputyship Standards and ability to implement them effectively

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
