Sales Enablement Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for crafting and developing enablement programs to support Sales initiatives. You will partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to define their enablement roadmap to help transform our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Build and define our EMEA Sales enablement strategy with input from regional leaders and sales teams.
- Facilitate & conduct trainings and build coaching materials for first line managers.
- Develop and optimize standardized templates and guides to improve the quality of customer conversations.
- Actively participate in EMEA leadership team meetings & collaborate to capture feedback and iterate programs as needed.
- Strong program management skills, implementing and leading training initiatives end-to-end.
- Proven track record of building positive relationships across the business.
- Data analytics proficiencies, capable of interpreting and optimizing programs based on available data.
- Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Force Management or MEDDPICC experience is a plus.
