We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital solutions that improve communication between clinical teams and enhance health and care pathways.

Main Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Project Manager will oversee the development and implementation of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project activities to meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and managing resources effectively.
  • Ensuring flexibility in response to changing requirements and priorities.

The role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating projects in complex environments. A Prince 2 or Agile certification is desirable, along with extensive knowledge of specialist areas and evidence of continued professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of healthcare services in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working closely with NHS providers to identify requirements and deliver solutions that support new models of care and service transformations.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
