Project Planner Role

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans and customer order books to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee project budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives.
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Plan and manage component availability to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Support sourcing of tooling and bought-in components, including making buy-vs-make decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with:

  • Engineering education and project management experience.
  • Experience in planning or scheduling in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other programs.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and objective under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Process mindset with a capability for logically solving complex problems.
