We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to support the Finance Controller in preparing and analyzing management accounting information. As part of this role, you'll contribute to effective financial management procedures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate financial insights to the leadership team at Pro Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of accounting records and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports, including quarterly draft VAT returns.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review nominal ledger control accounts and reconcile as necessary to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate financial year-end submissions and audit preparations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide financial support to finance and event committees, ensuring effective financial management.
