About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive project analyses and developing robust financial strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive value for money by proposing innovative financial solutions and challenging existing spending and income plans.
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies and plans to ensure the seamless flow of management information and maintain systematic financial records for project analysis and senior management review.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on financial matters, including rigorous testing of initiatives and proposals supported by detailed business cases.
  • Ensure the effective management of financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and Excel skills.
