Senior Director of Product Management

KAYAK is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive innovation and growth in our AI, Apps, and Customer Acquisition & Retention teams. As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the development of our most groundbreaking products, including Trips, Price Alerts, and our AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead product strategy for AI, Apps, and Customer Acquisition & Retention, aligning with the overall company vision and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to inform product priorities and decisions.
- Mentor and develop a high-impact team of product managers, ensuring excellence in PM artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs) and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to understand feedback and discuss trade-offs.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or related disciplines. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience in product management, with a preference for candidates with experience in Apps and/or Travel and a record of growth in responsibilities.
- Market-driven approach with a strong understanding of best-in-class companies in e-commerce, mobile, and travel.
- Technical savviness and the ability to drive AI and innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
