Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their individual needs and providing personalized support.
  2. Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver comprehensive support for our clients.
  3. Support the development and implementation of effective support plans.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach towards individuals facing addiction challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
