About the Role: As a Support Worker in our Housing Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their journey towards recovery. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care and support, assisting clients with daily living activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored support plans.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary starting at £26,325 per annum (£13.50 per hour)
  • 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays
  • Part-time and full-time positions available (15-37.5 hours per week)
