We are looking for a skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in the North West of England. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to service users.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of service users.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in mental health care.
- Ensure that all aspects of care are provided in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week. This may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
Working Hours: Full-time, 24/7 Service (Long days, Nights, Weekends)
