Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and confidential secretarial and/or administrative support to the locality/department.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the monthly Internal and External Reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Have an understanding and assist in maintaining the income on the Financial Ledger.
  • Respond to enquiries, and take appropriate action on behalf of the service, either by telephone, personal contact or correspondence, within agreed time limits.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Excel and analysing data skills. Experience of working with income/invoicing and in an NHS environment would be an advantage.
