Job Summary

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring the clinical practice of our team, driving towards clinical excellence. You will provide clinical supervision and support to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with children and adolescents with co-morbid difficulties and special needs. They will also have experience of working with parent/carers and assessing complex treatment plans. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate complex presentations into coherent formulations and have a strong understanding of risk management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor the clinical practice of the team
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to the multi-disciplinary team
  • Support the team manager to monitor and evaluate team performance
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Represent NELFT at multi-agency planning meetings
