About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team. As a Tutor, you will work with students aged 4-25 who require additional support with their education and therapy needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tuition sessions that cater to each student's individual needs. You will work closely with our support network, which includes lead tutors, safeguarding leads, curriculum leads, and behavioural specialists.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for teaching, patience, and creativity. You should be able to adapt lesson plans to meet the unique requirements of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tuition sessions to students aged 4-25
  • Work with the support network to develop and implement individualized lesson plans
  • Identify and address existing and potential barriers to learning
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
