Educational Support Professional

**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented and dedicated tutor to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As a tutor, you will work closely with students who have been missing in education for a period of time and help them gain the confidence and level required to attain the qualifications needed and potentially return to further education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tuition sessions to students in their homes or a local library
- Plan and deliver individualised sessions based on the child's needs
- Build strong relationships with students and their families
Requirements
- Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs
- Ability to deliver core subjects according to the individual's needs
- Excellent behaviour management skills
