About the Role:
As a Tesco Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our retail customers with their Foreign Exchange options. You will be the face of Travelex, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
- Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor
- Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Delivering on key performance goals and implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Numerically proficient with a firm grasp of numbers
- IT proficient with basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
- Great communicator with ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Desire to succeed and make a difference in the role
Interview Process:
Our team of Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers will review your application and conduct an initial screening call. If successful, you will be invited to an online interview with a numerical and accuracy test. If successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Bureau Manager.
