This role is ideal for someone with experience in risk and control management frameworks, including RCSAs. You will work closely with the business to strengthen the identification of key controls and the design/operation of controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving, documenting, and embedding methodologies to support an uplifted Internal Control Framework.
  • Leading and supporting the business in RCSAs to deliver activities that strengthen the identification of key controls.
  • Improving internal controls awareness and adoption of the Controls Framework throughout the business.
  • Developing the risk management system and reporting functionality to ensure regulatory/financial reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services experience with a background in operational risk.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build influential relationships and strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach to handle a range of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
