Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate sales between vendors and buyers
  • Canvass to bring on new properties and expand our portfolio
  • Develop strong relationships with buyers and vendors, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Prepare sales brochures and marketing materials to showcase our properties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or a Trainee with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a passion for sales and negotiation
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
