Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Pear Recruitment. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register new buyer enquiries and convert them to viewings
  • Contact buyers and arrange property viewings
  • Conduct property viewings and encourage offers & enter negotiations
  • Provide viewing feedback to vendor clients
  • Sell services to new and existing clients
Requirements:
  • Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within the area
  • A sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and enthusiastic communication style
  • Self-starting with the desire to succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good IT literacy skills
