We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reinstatement Manager to join our team at United Living Group.


About the Job


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all reinstatement activities related to construction and utility works, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.


Key Responsibilities



  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee all reinstatement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of reinstatement operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all reinstatement works meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns or issues.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in a reinstatement management role within the construction or utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reinstatement processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions



  • Primarily site-based with some office work.
  • Regular travel to various project sites.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
