At United Living Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Reinstatement Manager to oversee all reinstatement activities related to construction and utility works.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing a team of reinstatement operatives, and ensuring that all works are completed to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee all reinstatement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of reinstatement operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Conduct regular team meetings and briefings to communicate project goals, updates, and safety information.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all reinstatement works meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to identify and rectify any issues.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and ensure all team members are trained and comply with safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns or issues. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a reinstatement management role within the construction or utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reinstatement processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driving license.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including company vehicle or car allowance, health and pension benefits, and opportunities for professional development and training.

Working Conditions:
  • Primarily site-based with some office work.
  • Regular travel to various project sites.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
