Job Overview:

The United Living Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Reinstatement Manager to oversee reinstatement activities related to construction and utility works. This role requires the ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. They will also supervise and manage a team of reinstatement operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of reinstatement activities.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of reinstatement operatives, providing training and support to ensure high performance and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all reinstatement works meet required standards and specifications by conducting regular site inspections and quality audits.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all team members are trained and comply with safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns or issues.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure financial efficiency and project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a reinstatement management role within the construction or utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reinstatement processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driving license.
