About the Role

As a skilled tradesperson with Mears, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our portfolio of properties. You will work independently, using your initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and floor laying
  • Using a variety of power tools and equipment to complete tasks
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in multiple trades
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own power tools and equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
