About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician with Mears, you will be supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties. You will work from job to job, on your planned route, completing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. To excel in this role, you will need previous experience and a positive attitude, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance tasks across various properties
  • Working from job to job, on your planned route
  • Completing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in multiple trades, such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and external works
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Be a great team player and able to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
