About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Mears. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and external works such as fencing, building, and bricklaying.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high standards of work and service.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have a clean driving record.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in a relevant trade.
  • Experience in multiple trades, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and external works.
