About the Role

GAP Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities from our existing major account customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to main offices and customer sites to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the production of tenders and proposals to secure new business.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Work closely with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts.
  • Take ownership of your defined area and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a sales or engineering role within the Pumps or Power industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
  • Driving Licence (Essential).
