At Sony PlayStation, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Lead Sr. Manager. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

As a Senior Lead Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of processes and vision within the value optimization and financial planning team. You'll work closely with the team lead to define and implement processes, create and compile data, and deliverables to enable execution and delivery of tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing processes and vision within the value optimization and financial planning team
  • Creating and compiling data and deliverables to enable execution and delivery of tasks
  • Continually improving processes and practices to ensure mature processes and working methodologies
  • Supporting the Finance Transformation program by collaborating with the Finance Transition team
  • Project management of various projects within the team or across the organization

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in business administration, finance, or business management
  • ~7 years of experience in consulting, project management, business management, or process implementation roles
  • Finance processes and terminology understanding
  • Passion and interest in gaming will be a plus from a culture fit perspective
  • Ability to streamline and structure information and data
  • Project management skills
  • Structured ways of working and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints
  • Passion and energy for process excellence and continuous improvements
  • Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter, showing initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and confidentiality a must
