Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and business partnering? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people across the UK?

The Prince's Trust is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Business Partnering team, you will work closely with our Country Directors to shape and develop country-specific strategies that maximize the impact for young people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing valuable financial and commercial advice and strategic insights to directors and budget holders, influencing decision-making.
  • Managing performance through regular forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
  • Working collaboratively with the delivery directorate and the wider Finance directorate to drive business growth and improvement.

We're looking for an individual with a background in business partnering, ideally within the charity sector. You should be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
