Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at RSK Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business streams by providing financial analysis and guidance.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of business stream strategies, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities of the business stream, plans, targets, and business drivers.
- Lead on financial reporting and analysis of performance, interpreting relevant outputs and trends to assist in key decision-making.
- Support the month-end management accounts process and its components.
- Support the Finance Director during the annual audit processes as required.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant with at least 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience in a similar role.
- Strategic thinker with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably Power BI.
