Job Title: Cambridge Council Director

Remedy Recruitment Group Ltd/ TA Remedy Medical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Cambridge Council Director. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Public Health and other consultant colleagues to improve the health and wellbeing of the residents in the local area.

The post-holder will be responsible for leading on improving the health and wellbeing of the residents, which is underpinned by the statutory duty placed on local government to take such steps as it considers appropriate to improve the health of its residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, health improvement, and wellbeing, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies to improve health outcomes. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will be a senior role in the local health and wellbeing team, working closely with the Director of Public Health and other consultant colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes. They will also be responsible for leading on health improvement initiatives and developing partnerships with local stakeholders to improve health and wellbeing.
