Job Title: Autism Teaching Companion
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at special needs schools. As an Autism Teaching Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of students with autism and other special needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with autism
* Support students with their learning activities and help manage their behaviour in a calm and effective manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
