Job Description:*

  1. Deliver high-quality education to students with special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
  2. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  3. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide comprehensive support.
  4. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students' personal and academic growth.
  5. Monitor progress and report on student outcomes to ensure the best possible learning experience.

Requirements:*

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching students with special educational needs, particularly within primary or secondary education settings.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
