Building and Construction Cost Controller

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee budget control and administration for our residential developments in East Scotland. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control strategies for residential schemes
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Ensure compliance with construction contracts and industry standards
- Provide regular financial updates to Site Management teams
Requirements:
- Significant experience in quantity surveying and cost control within residential construction
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and COINS software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
