This role requires a deep understanding of turnkey packages, Bills of Quantities, Sub-Contract Procurement, and Project Cost Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, organisational, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong grasp of commercial awareness. Key tasks include setting up initial project budgets, forecasting cash flow, communicating with various stakeholders, and preparing cost variations. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar position, a full driving license, experience in design & build projects, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (based on experience) is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days holiday, pension scheme, critical health insurance, and employee assistance programme.
