Cost Control Analyst

Bilfinger UK, a leading engineering and maintenance provider, invites applications for a Cost Control Analyst role. About the JobAs a Cost Control Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial and cost aspects of projects from inception to close-out. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing accurate live forecasting, ensuring SAP accurately reflects project and framework contract status, and establishing robust project controls.
Main Tasks:- Produce accurate live forecasting based on project programme and SAP accounts requirements.
- Verify that SAP accurately reflects project and framework contract status in terms of actual and forecast revenue, costs, work in progress (WIP), and obligations.
- Implement robust project controls and provide accurate reporting of progress/work done, estimated costs-to-complete, factoring in all contractors' responsibilities.
- Administer NEC3/4 contracts, including creating early warnings, payment certificates, compensation event notifications, and quotations.
- Utilize electronic contract administration systems (Fastdraft, CEMAR, Conject, Aconex) to manage contracts efficiently.
- Keep proper records for all financial information to ensure audits and cost assurance are readily available.
- Prepare robust estimates and quotations aligned to scope, accounting for all risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the overall commercial strategy within B-UK to achieve goals, targets, and objectives.
We require candidates with 5+ years' experience working in contracting or customer commercial roles, holding a Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying Degree. Relevant qualifications include contract administration experience working with NEC3/4 contracts. An attractive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, depending on location and experience, awaits successful applicants.
