About the Opportunity

InHealth Group is expanding its teams and seeking a Decontamination Quality Manager to join our Endoscopy division.

This is a unique opportunity to utilise your expertise in decontamination and quality management, leading the way in ensuring compliance and registration with relevant standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Endoscopy modality and the ability to interpret complex technical information.

A valid driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Endoscopy quality management system
  • Participation in internal and external meetings where decontamination is discussed
  • Initial mobilisation meetings from a decontamination perspective
  • Interpretation and communication of complex technical information
  • Quarterly audits of test results and investigation of discrepancies
  • Line management or appointment of CP(D)

About You:

  • A strong understanding of the Endoscopy modality and decontamination principles
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate effectively
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a decontamination setting as an Authorised Person

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. A company car or car allowance, mileage, accommodation, and food allowances when travelling to other units.
