Lead Quality Manager

MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Specialist to join our client's R&D and Manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to progress their career and take ownership of quality assurance operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, and owning production, manufacturing, and supply chain quality processes. They will create and maintain product testing standard operating procedures, analyze quality-related data points, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining quality processes and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
- Analysing quality-related data points and implementing corrective actions.
- Overseeing incoming product quality and processing returns and scrappages.
- Contributing to the development of our Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- HNC, HND, Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of integrated ERP systems.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
