About the Role

As an Aircraft Safety and Quality Manager at AirTanker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our operations. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our Quality Management System, which includes compliance with regulatory requirements such as CAA Part 145 and Part CAMO.

In this role, you will participate in external audits, deliver effective implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes, and plan and conduct authorization boards to assess engineers' competence. Additionally, you will facilitate the resolution of intra-departmental processes and conduct safety and quality assurance audits throughout the Fleet Engineering Department.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive demonstrable experience in commercial aviation, appropriate previous experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Safety Management role, and formal aeronautical maintenance training. You will also possess an extensive understanding of CAA Regulatory structure.
